Alexander Kaffka

Alexander Kaffka (born 1966 in Tbilisi, Georgia) is a seasoned expert in international affairs, journalism, public relations, and business consulting, with several decades of leadership experience across media, academia, and strategic communications. He is the founding Editor-in-Chief of Caucasian Journal, a trilingual publication recognized for its in-depth interviews and regional analysis focused on the South Caucasus. Alexander has led major PR projects for global agencies such as APCO Worldwide, served as editor and publisher of several influential print and online platforms, and held a leadership role at a peer-reviewed economics journal. He is fluent in multiple European languages and holds a Ph.D. in Political Science, with research conducted at leading policy institutions including the Brookings Institution in the USA and the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) in Sweden.
