This report is the outcome of a 3-year research project, implemented in 2023-2026, that has been funded by the European Union under the Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community and implemented by the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law, Alternative and Innovative Methods (ICLAIM) and the Human Rights Platform (IHP). The research on which this report is based and the drafting of the report itself have been the responsibility of the two partner organisations, the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law, Alternative and Innovative Methods (ICLAIM) and the Human Rights Platform.
