Dr. Andreas Marcou, ICLAIM resident expert and member of the PREPARED Project consortium, discusses Article 27 of the PREPARED Global Code for Conduct for Research During Pandemics, developed by an international consortium and based on research undertaken in English, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Spanish. The Code is currently available in 13 languages, addressing for researchers, research ethics committees and research integrity officers from around the word.
Article 27 addresses the value of Honest, and in particular the need for reliable public communication of scientific information at times of crisis.
